研究目标:
 
  通过林木新品种培育、特色经济林木选育及特色森林植物资源开发等研究,为长江上游林业生态工程建设提供优良林草品种资源。同时,推进林产品加工理论及技术研究,助推长江上游生态安全屏障建设及林业产业化发展。
 
研究内容:
 
  针对长江上游森林植物资源丰富但丧失严重、开发不足等特点,重点开展:
  1.林木新品种培育、特色经济林木选育、珍贵乡土用材树种选育与种质资源保存;
  2.特色森林植物资源开发、林木新品种育种新材料创制;
  3.林产品加工理论及技术研究。
 
研究团队成员:
  林木遗传育种研究团队现有固定工作人员4人,其中教授1人,副教授1人,博士2人,指导硕士研究生共24人。

       肖千文,男,教授,博士生导师。主要从事经济林木新品种培育、栽培等科学研究和技术攻关。

  高  顺,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事林木生理生态、经济林培育等科学研究。
      朱  鹏,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事极小种群保护生态、林木遗传育种等科学研究。
      张  丽,女,博士,助理研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事林木遗传育种等科学研究。

 
研究成果:
 
  1.成果简介
  自建立以来,林木遗传育种研究室承担四川省教育厅项目、四川省育种攻关项目及教育部博士点基金项目等共9项,发表论文70余篇,出版专著2部,先后获得教育部科技进步二等奖1项 、四川省科技进步三等奖2项 、国家科技扶贫奖1项。主持育成核桃杂交国家良种2个、省级良种5个。
